The ELIONOVA technology comprises two elements:
-  an 8-well cuvette)
- the ElioDXTM reader equipped with a laser to detect evanescence excitation of fluorophores     
  bound to the ElioDXTM cuvette surface.
 
Each well of the ElioDXTM cuvette can be biofunctionalized for the detection of a specific analyte . The Elionova technology works by generating an evanescent field of exciting light at the bottom of the well.
