Real-time, quantitative antigen detection in 2-10 minutes
Overview Sandwich assays are widely used to detect and quantify larger antigens such as proteins, biomarkers and pathogens. The target is captured between two specific binders, typically a capture and a labeled detection antibody. On ElioDX™, the assay is wash-free and monitored in real time, delivering quantitative results in about 10 minutes from a single sample addition.
How it works on ElioDX™
Ready-to-use cuvette — Capture and detection reagents are pre-loaded and dried.
Add the sample — Shake briefly and load the cuvette into the ElioDX™ reader.
Real-time detection — Target binding generates a fluorescence signal at the sensor surface.
Quantitative result — Results are available within about 10 minutes and accessible via the ElioDX™ digital platform.
