Real-time antibody detection in 10 minutes
Overview Serology assays detect antibodies produced in response to infection, vaccination or exposure. An immobilized antigen captures specific antibodies from the sample, which are detected using a labeled anti-immunoglobulin reagent. On ElioDX™, antibody binding is monitored in real time without wash steps, providing quantitative or semi-quantitative results in about 10 minutes.
How it works on ElioDX™
Ready-to-use cuvette — Antigen and labeled detection reagent are pre-loaded and dried.

Add the sample — Add serum, plasma or whole blood, shake briefly and load the cuvette

Real-time detection — Sample antibodies bind the immobilized antigen and are detected in real time.
